Celebrate the warmth, colour, and vibrancy of the Mediterranean world with Songs, dances, and instrumentals brought to you by Lava - a compelling group of virtuosic, versatile, & vivacious performers, formed in 1999 by renowned guitarist/composer Howard Haigh

Lava present a joyous, fast-moving, humorous, and brilliantly played programme of song, dance and music to delight.

Performing at major venues and festivals including The Barbican and The Queen Elizabeth Hall, London, SolFest, Manchester Jazz Fest, Cambridge Summer Music, Arts Centres, Concert Halls from Cornwall to Inverness and, of course, Whalley (and other) Village Halls, the group go from strength to strength, delighting audiences wherever they appear.

The show is suitable for all ages and audiences are invited - if they want - to join in at appropriate points (as many of you will know, the group bring along spare instruments to hand out).
