NOTES
- The period for which a room is booked must include the time required for setting up, clearing up and any cleaning that is necessary.
- Bookings for longer periods than 3 hours and for parties are by negotiation with the Bookings Secretary.
- Discretionary rates are available in special circumstances. A case for a reduced rate should be made to the Bookings Secretary at the time of placing the booking
- The hire charges will be subject to annual review
